Use HeyKira with clear expectations, not hidden fine print.

These Terms of Service govern your use of HeyKira, including our mobile apps, browser-based experience, AI chat features, voice interactions, paid plans, and related support services.

Acceptance

By accessing or using HeyKira, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

If you use HeyKira on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Eligibility and Accounts

Minimum age

You must be at least the age required to lawfully use this type of service in your location. If you are under the age of majority, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these terms for you.

Accurate information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account and payment information and to keep it updated when needed.

Account security

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for safeguarding your credentials, devices, and login methods.

One user, one account

Unless we explicitly allow otherwise, you may not sell, lend, transfer, or share your account in a way that circumvents plan limits or access controls.

The Service

What HeyKira offers

  • AI chat sessions and interactive messaging features.
  • Voice messages, call-style experiences, and related media tools.
  • Optional paid plans, upgrades, and digital benefits.

Service changes

  • We may add, remove, or modify features over time.
  • Availability can vary by platform, region, device, or subscription status.
  • We may set usage limits to protect stability and prevent abuse.

No ownership transfer

  • We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service.
  • Your use must comply with these terms and applicable law.
  • No rights are granted except those expressly described here.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse HeyKira. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

  1. Violating any applicable law, regulation, platform rule, or third-party right.
  2. Using the service for harassment, threats, fraud, spam, impersonation, or deceptive activity.
  3. Attempting to bypass rate limits, account restrictions, payment controls, or safety systems.
  4. Uploading or sending malware, malicious code, or harmful automated traffic.
  5. Reverse engineering, scraping at scale, or using the service to build a competing product without permission.
  6. Using HeyKira in a way that could endanger a person or rely on the service for emergency, medical, legal, or other high-stakes decisions.

Billing and Subscriptions

Paid features

Some features, characters, message limits, voice content, or digital items may require a paid plan or one-time purchase.

Auto-renewing plans

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the relevant app store or payment platform before the next billing cycle. Store providers may require cancellation at least twenty-four hours before renewal.

Refunds and billing disputes

Charges are handled by the platform or payment processor used for purchase. Refunds, restoration, and billing dispute requests are subject to that provider's rules unless local law requires otherwise.

Content and Licenses

Your content

You retain rights you have in content you submit, post, or generate through your use of the service, subject to any rights needed for us to operate, maintain, secure, and improve HeyKira.

License to operate the service

You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, display, and adapt submitted content only as needed to provide the service, enforce these terms, and comply with law.

Our materials

The app, site design, software, branding, characters, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws and remain owned by us or our licensors.

Feedback

If you send suggestions or product feedback, we may use it without restriction or compensation, unless prohibited by law.

AI and Voice Limitations

Output quality

  • AI responses can be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or inappropriate.
  • Generated text, voice, images, or media may not reflect real people or facts.
  • You are responsible for how you interpret and use outputs.

Not professional advice

  • HeyKira is not a doctor, lawyer, therapist, financial advisor, or emergency service.
  • Do not rely on the service for crisis response or high-risk decisions.
  • Seek qualified human help where appropriate.

Voice and media

  • Voice features may depend on device permissions, network conditions, and file handling.
  • Call-like experiences may simulate interaction and are not telecommunications services.
  • Media availability may change based on plan, platform, or moderation controls.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to HeyKira if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created risk for other users, exposed us to legal or security issues, or used the service fraudulently or abusively.

You may stop using the service at any time. Termination does not automatically entitle you to refunds for unused subscription time, except where required by law or platform policy.

Disclaimers and Liability

Provided as available

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeyKira is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the service.

Local law

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. In those places, the limitation applies only to the extent legally permitted.

Changes to These Terms

Updates

We may revise these terms from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or operational needs.

Notice

When changes are material, we may update the effective date or provide notice through the app, website, or other reasonable means.

Continued use

Continued use of HeyKira after revised terms take effect means you accept the updated terms.
